I try to drink less water now. Although, whenever I see running water or specially put the key inside the keyhole the urge to urinate is so strong most of the time I wet my pants. It's absolutely embarrassing. Related Reading: running

By not getting to toilet in time, I dribble as I am walking to toilet. As soon as I get the urge to go, I cannot hold it, and I start to dribble when the urge to go is gone. After the dribble, the urge to go is gone for awhile. At night when I get the urge to go to toilet I dribble getting to toilet.

I am a dribbler. I go to the bathroom and everything is fine. However, later on when I feel the urge to go again, I notice that urine has dribbled. This has gone on for years and most doctors I've been to have suggested doing Kegels to strengthen the muscles. One doctor even had me work with a nurse (she had a medical tool that goes into the vagina and I had to tighten my muscle as tight as I could around the probe...tighten (hold as long as you can) and release. Then they gave me one to use for a month at home. It was great because I could watch how hard I was tightening my muscle by reading the number it reached. That motivated me. That did help. Unfortunately, when I had to give that back everything slowly went back to the old way again. I am almost 53 now. Must Read Articles Related to Bladder Control Problems

My bladder is not emptying properly. The steady stream is gone and all I get is dribbling and streams gone askew. I relax and just let it come out, but to no avail. Plus, two minutes later if I sneeze I will wet myself and find there is more urine left to go to the toilet again. I am doing my Kegels when I remember them and I am buying the weights online to help. I hope that will help me to remember to do them more often.
