I have been getting boils on and off for 30 years. I never understood why until about 5 years ago a doctor told me that it was a blood issue and that taking odorless garlic tablets and removing wheat and sugar from my diet would help. It worked! I was boil free for many years but then alas just recently I became weak and ate sugar and wheat and they came back. So I know that it was true. I hope that others try this simple remedy.

I have been getting boils for about 5 years I've had a total of 56 boils some are worse than others but all still painful the worst ones are the ones I get on my face 18 of them have been on my face the rest all over my body and 2 years ago I had one on my left butt check the size of a baseball. I've found out that a Clorox baths can help to clean your pores and vitamins and boil ease can help with the pain it's a cream u can get from cvs. When I've taken an antibiotic they have cleared up but always come back I don't wish the pain of boils on anyone because of the pain and embarrassment they cause. But I would really like to find a cure for them because I don't want my son to ever get them.

I got one boil on the back of my head. It popped on its own with no pain.

I use to get them all the time when I was a teenager. Always on my inner thigh passing it back and forth because of the way I sleep. I remember the worst one I could not get rid of it. I had it for 3 months and nothing worked. Family went on a vacation to Utah. We went swimming in the Great Salt Lake. The boil was gone and totally healed within 3 days. I never got another one after that, until now, 40 some years later. I think it started out as an ingrown hair. I will try what you have suggested but I'm almost tempted to poor salt on it. Silly me I popped it thinking it was just an ingrown hair.

I have suffered with this painful, nasty secret for 40 years. Today I went out to breakfast. I had one that was so painful. It popped on its own and the beige chair had bloody pus all on the seat. My pants were a mess my husband feels so bad for me. No doctor can stop them. No soap can prevent them. Until today, I thought I was alone. I cry from the pain and the shame. I feel dirty.

I have suffered from boils for 10 years and I can't seem to find a good remedy! They are very annoying and very painful! Nothing the doctors have suggested work for me.

I have seen many of my clients who come to see me with very serious complication of boils, very painful and stinging and some cannot help but cry because of the excruciating pain from the boils. At times they bleed furiously. However, most of these cases happen because of someone delaying in administering or even stopping the treatment prematurely.

I have been getting boils for 20 or so years. They are worse in the summer and just before I get my period. I have tried alot of ways to keep them at bay. I get them under my arms and my groin are. They are sometimes very painful. I am sad that other people suffer like me, yet relieved im not alone. I found hot compress works and antibacterial soap helps a little. But they always come back.
