No really obvious symptoms whatsoever--some gas (attributed to IBS by the medical establishment) and years of increasing and finally deep fatigue (attributed to growing older and depression, though I insisted that the depression was due to the fatigue rather than vice-versa). I had a routine colonoscopy with no dire results. I began to be hungry much more often and belly became swollen. Some months later, during a routine exam, my blood work was very abnormal and months of tests finally culminated in an endoscopy which revealed the pathology. Otherwise no pain or other symptoms.

I had stomach cramps, vomiting and weight loss. I kept getting worse until I ended up in the hospital, where a tumor was found. Removal was successful.

Absolutely none! I had no symptoms at all for cancer of the small intestine. It was a complete shock to me! Although in hind sight I have had many issues with that area of my body for most of my life that it makes sense. I have had many years of constipation along with other issues (appendicitis, fibroids to name a few). It was a fluke that my OB/GYN found it! I had no pain, no change in my bowels, nothing!
