Casein Peptides

How does Casein Peptides work?

Some casein peptides are thought to cause blood vessels to dilate and therefore lower blood pressure.

Are there safety concerns?

Casein peptides are normally consumed in the diet from milk products. But there isn't enough information to know if casein peptides in dietary supplements are safe.

Do not take casein peptides if:
  • You are pregnant or breast-feeding.
  • You are allergic to milk or dairy products.
  • You are scheduled for surgery in the next two weeks.
