Chlorophyll

How does Chlorophyll work?

There isn't enough information available to know how chlorophyll works.

Are there safety concerns?

Chlorophyll seems to be safe for most people when taken by mouth. It should not be used by injection without the supervision of a trained medical professional.

Chlorophyll can cause skin to become extra sensitive to the sun. Wear sunblock outside, especially if you are light-skinned.

Do not use chlorophyll if:
  • You are pregnant or breast-feeding, without the supervision of a trained medical professional.
