I am a 23 year old female. I went to urgent care because I had a mole on my shoulder and it fell off causing my shoulder and back to have pain. The doc prescribed Cephalexin 500mg. Anyway, after I finished those pills, I noticed something strange. I was having very bad cramps and had the urge to go to the bathroom almost every 10 minutes but the only thing would come out was like mucus and small little "turds". I went to urgent care again and she said it could be colitis. So they did blood work, it came back normal and now I am waiting on the results from my stool taken. I am now taking Cipro and Flagyl for the infection and Levisin for the cramps. I hope all is well because those Cephalexin messed me up.
