I probably pass stools no more than twice a week. They are always hard and very large, as if feces just collects in my colon and I pass all of it at once. This is very painful.

I suffer from chronic constipation. My stool is very hard. If I don't move my bowel in a week, I will lose my appetite and my stomach begins to protrude. I have to take a laxative to feel completely empty.

I've been constipated for about 4-5 days. When I try to go, only small bits come out.
