I've had bowel problems since l can remember. My main problem is diarrhea with very occasional bleeding also only got professionally diagnosed in 2008. l started to get ulcers in my mouth. I went to a dentist and she recommended a colonoscopy as she thought it was related from my gut. It's true that it was. Now l have Crohn's disease. l'm in process of getting treatment with a specialist. l've been using my diet as a help -- high fiber, very little dairy, NO wheat products, fish oil, flaxseed oil and little stress. It all helps but is NOT a cure. Related Reading: bleeding | colonoscopy | Crohn's disease Must Read Articles Related to Crohn Disease
