Overdose symptoms may include vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, dizziness, hot flashes, trouble breathing, pale skin, headache, or fainting. What should I avoid while taking lubiprostone (Amitiza)?Follow your doctor's instructions about any restrictions on food, beverages, or activity while you are using lubiprostone. What other drugs will affect lubiprostone (Amitiza)?There may be other drugs that can affect lubiprostone. Tell your doctor about all the prescription and over-the-counter medications you use.
