Do not give any herbal/health supplement to a child without a doctor's advice. How should I take ubiquinone?Ubiquinone has not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or purity. All potential risks and/or advantages of this product may not be known. Additionally, there are no regulated manufacturing standards in place for these compounds. Some marketed herbal supplements have been found to be contaminated with toxic metals or other drugs. Herbal/health supplements should be purchased from a reliable source to minimize the risk of contamination. If you choose to take ubiquinone, use it exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor, pharmacist, or other health care provider. Take the ubiquinone capsule or tablet with a full glass of water. Measure the liquid form ubiquinone with a special dose-measuring spoon or cup, not a regular table spoon. If you do not have a dose-measuring device, ask your pharmacist for one. To take disintegrating tablet, use dry hands to remove the tablet from the package, and place it in your mouth. It will begin to dissolve right away. Do not swallow the tablet whole. Allow it to dissolve in your mouth without chewing. Do not take more of this product than is recommended. Too much medicine could be dangerous. Store ubiquinone at room temperature, away from light, heat, and moisture. Keep the medicine bottle closed when not in use.
