Encopresis: Encopresis is the soiling of the underwear with stool by children who are past the age of toilet training. Causes of encopresis is caused by disease or an anatomic abnormality that the child is born with. Encopresis occurs as a result of chronic constipation. Treatment for encopresis are prescription and over-the-counter medication and changing the child's bowel habits.
