How does Greater Bindweed work?

Greater bindweed contains substances which can soften stools and increase gut muscle contractions, which helps stool move through the digestive tract to produce a laxative effect.

Are there safety concerns?

Greater bindweed may be unsafe due to its strong laxative effects. Large amounts can cause stomach pain.
