I have sweating and heat rash under my breast all the time. I wear a bra but it gets wet from sweating, so this just irritates it more. It itches all the time and I have NOT found anything to help yet. I work full time so some remedies are hard to do. I am going through menopause so the hot flashes do NOT help at all. I work as a cart pusher and every time the temperature gets above 90 degrees, I get a heat rash. It looks like a sunburn, but it's not. This is just another sign I need a new line of work. Related Reading: sunburn

I went on vacation and went into the ocean. The next day after being in the heat and the ocean I developed red bumps all down my legs and arms. I figured it had to be a heat rash. It took about 10 days to go away. Two months later I'm in the heat again and went into a salt water pool and all of a sudden it's back. I believe the salt water brings it out when you're in the heat, ugh!

I've had heat rash for years now. I get it in my cleavage. I am small chested so not sure why I get it there. I also get it on the back of my neck. I've found out that eating fresh or pineapple juice, not canned does help but wish I could find something more effective. Must Read Articles Related to Heat Rash

I recently moved to a tropical island and have severe heat rash. It is on my arms, legs and back. I have had to stop using any creams on my skin and take cold showers and sea baths. The prickly itching flares up mostly at night. I use desitin diaper rash ointment, cortisone cream and pure aloe. It appears this heat rash is here to stay.
