I was diagnosed with Hepatitis B in 2002 when I went to donate blood for a cousin. I was so depressed to know that I had it. I don't even know how I got it. I never had sex or blood transfusions before I was diagnosed. So it's still a mystery how I got it. I am not taking any medications but I do yoga every morning and drink lot of fruit juices. I have heard of people getting cured from yoga. I am healthy and there are no symptoms at all. I do feel nauseated sometimes because I have a migraine also and some mild stomach pains due to gastritis. What worries me is that I might give it to husband and my baby if I ever get married. It really depresses me.

I tested positive to Hepatitis B when I wanted to donate blood for my pregnant wife just last wee. I am weak especially when I woke up from bed, I cannot eat anymore like before, when I eat it looks as if the food I ate has not digested and I fell very hungry, it will look as if I have not eaten for the past 2 days and when I see the food I can eat much. My urine is deep yellowish in color.

I acquired Hep B from a band Groupie back in 1971 - 39 years ago. It has been dormant ever since it went away, until now - 2010. My blood level in my liver tested that it is high enough for me to be yellow again and my doctor was surprised that I wasn't! This is messing up my life so tremendously I can't believe it. I have been waiting for 12 years for a back surgery and now, since this thing has shown its ugly head again, I can't have the surgery until it is under control - or 'dormant' again. I have been told that I had hepatitis B at some time in my life. I don't recall ever being ill with severe symptoms, although of course I have had the odd episode of nausea and vomiting which quickly got better. I have no idea how I could have contracted this disease. I have never had sexual relations with anyone other than my husband, (who is now deceased), but have had a few blood transfusions in my life. I am completely confused. My doctor just told me that very matter-of-factly, and offered no other explanation or follow-up. I was diagnosed with Hep B earlier this year. After 2 pregnancies, and having an annual HIV, STD and other sexually transmitted tests every year for the past 20 years the Hep B was missed by my family doctor at the time. Now at age 43 I'm told I have this and it has been "dormant for at least 10 years." I just recently had strep throat and am having major problems getting over it!? I'm tired all the time, have chronic fatigue, and get nauseas very easily. I'm wondering if it has become "active" and I just don't know it. I think it's time to go back to the doctor.

I have had Heb B for 23 years, I was pregnant of my first daughter and the hospital told me that I am Heb B carrier. So far, I am healthy, no symptom whatsoever. My mom is also Heb B carrier, she is 87 years old, has Alzheimer but not symptom of Heb B.

I was hospitalized because of vomiting and stomach pain and I found out that I have a hepatitis B. My doctor can't explain more about this virus, so I don't have any idea about hepatitis B, until I viewed this site and got some idea. Until now I don't take any medication for some reason. I am taking some advise from my friends like good diet, more fluids, vegetable, fruits and exercise, but my only concern is my partner and my kids.
