I have a hernia and am ok while sitting, lifting, and riding my bike, then all of a sudden my lower intestines seem to drop and the hernia bulge appears. I go to pass motion and then the pain goes away. I can pass motion as many as 6 times in 24 hours. I live in a small hilly town and work in a supermarket.
