How does Hydrangea work?

The chemicals in hydrangea may cause increased urine output, which could help some urinary tract problems.

Are there safety concerns?

Hydrangea is safe for most people when used only for a few days.

Side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, and chest tightness.

Do not use more than two grams at a time or for a long period of time.

Do not take hydrangea if:
  • You are pregnant or breast-feeding.
