Klippel Trénaunay syndrome is a condition that impacts the development of soft tissues, bones, and blood vessels. People who have the condition display a port-wine stain birth mark thatusually covers part of a limb. Malformed veins and unusual overgrowth of bones and soft tissues are also present. Features of the condition may be present at birth. The condition increases the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), cellulitis, lymphedema, and internal bleeding.
