I am 30 years old and I have herpes, I got it in 2004 when my boyfriend cheated on me. I really hate him not for cheating, but for infecting me with it. Well after that I met my now husband and he was very understanding of the situation we have been together for 8 years now and have two beautiful kids. Until this day he does not have herpes. I take really good care of myself I wouldn't want him to get it too. But I hate it when I get an outbreak, it makes me feel miserable and mad and even ashamed. I feel like my life stops at that moment.
