Pink Eye (Conjunctivitis) (cont.)

Are home remedies effective for the treatment of pink eye?

Patient Comments

Most physicians do not recommend home remedies such as tea bags because of the lack of sterility and potential for contamination. Cold compresses (for allergy) and warm compresses (for infection) can provide some comfort.
