I was coughing for the past 2 weeks. My doctor advised me to take ambroxol 3 times a day for 5 days and cefalexin 3 times a day for 7 days. Is it safe to take these drugs? I've been taking it for the past 2 days now. I am now on my 13th week of pregnancy.

I hurt my back some months back, I've been taking 800mg Ibuprofen and about two oxicontins for my back during the first two weeks of pregnancy. I stopped taking them as soon as I suspected I was pregnant. How did this affect the baby?
