Prolapsed Uterus Self-Care at Home

The pelvic muscles can be strengthened by performing Kegel exercises. These exercises are done by tightening the pelvic muscles, as if trying to stop the flow of urine. This exercise strengthens the pelvic diaphragm and provides some support. Have a gynecologist instruct you on the proper ways to isolate and exercise these muscles.
