Definition of Organic brain syndrome

Organic brain syndrome: Psychiatric or neurological symptoms, including problems with attention, concentration, and memory, confusion, anxiety, and depression, arising from damage to or disease in the brain. Also called organic mental disorder. See also: Neurobiological disorder.
