Definition of PedophobiaPedophobia: An abnormal and persistent fear of babies and children. Sufferers experience anxiety even though they realize their fear is groundless. Rearing a child or being around active children can both produce anxiety. From the Greek "pais" (child) and "phobos" (fear).
