Rhinophyma
Rhinophyma is an uncommon form of rosacea that results in knobby bumps on the nose and cheeks. This can make the nose and face look swollen. The changes in the face caused by rhinophyma may become permanent. Rhinophyma can be treated with cosmetic surgery.
