Definition of Arachnoiditis
Arachnoiditis: Inflammation of the middle layer of membranes covering the brain and spinal cord. Arachnoiditis can occur as a complication of procedures such as myelograms, spinal operations, epidural steroid injections, and injury to the spine.Source: MedTerms™ Medical Dictionary
