Richard Kearns Richard is an editorial contractor with WebMD. Before coming to WebMD, he wrote marketing and communications publications for the Gwinnett, Newton, and Rockdale County Health Departments for seven years. While he was with the health departments, Richard wrote health-related publications that appeared on the CDC's web site, the Georgia Department of Public Health's web site, the Gwinnett Coalition Annual Report, and several other top health organizations in the state of Georgia. Richard graduated from Georgia State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 2008. While in school at Georgia State, he worked as a marketing manager at a local doctor's office, which is where he got his start in marketing and communications. He has helped several organizations, including local government and private companies, develop and implement new communications policies, guidelines, and strategies. Richard has over 10 years of writing experience in the health care field. |
