Gargoylism: Also known as Hurler syndrome and mucopolysaccharidosis type I (MPS I), is a rare autosomal recessive genetic disorder that lacks the enzyme lysosomal alpha-L-iduronidase and results in the buildup glycosaminoglycans.Source: MedTerms™ Medical Dictionary
