Definition of Macroglossia
Macroglossia: An abnormally large tongue. Macroglossia is sometimes said to be associated with Down syndrome, but in that disorder the tongue is actually large only in relationship to a smaller-than-normal mouth cavity.Source: MedTerms™ Medical Dictionary
