JERRY R. BALENTINE, D.O. F.A.C.E.P.

Dr. Balentine received his undergraduate degree from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland. He attended medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine graduating in1983. He completed his internship at St. Joseph's Hospital in Philadelphia and his Emergency Medicine residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx, where he served as chief resident. Since 1992 Dr. Balentine has been practicing Emergency Medicine and has served as Residency Director and Department Director. He is currently Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, and President of the New York Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
