Dr. Kulick received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Southern California, School of Medicine. He performed his residency in internal medicine at the Harbor-University of California Los Angeles Medical Center and a fellowship in the section of cardiology at the Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. His numerous academic awards include: Alpha Omega Alpha, Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. Dr. Kulick has served as Assistant Professor of Medicine, University of New Mexico School of Medicine 1987-1988, Assistant Professor of Medicine, University of Southern California School of Medicine 1988-1990 and Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine, University of Southern California Medical Center 1988-90. He has an extensive list of published medical abstracts, manuscripts and review articles.
