Definition of Eczema, nummular

Eczema, nummular: Coin-shaped plaques of inflamed skin-most common on the arms, back, buttocks, and lower legs that may be crusted, scaling, and extremely itchy.

The word "nummular" is taken from the Latin "hummus," a small coin.
