Of course anyone who has a brain should be cautious condrning the Swine Flu. You have to be mindful some people aren't sanitary as they should or responsible if they do have swine flu not to spread it. We were thinking on going on a trip but, hought better of it. We are not eating out as so many kitchen helpers, as well as the waiters simply do not use precautions. For now we are being very, very cautious and we fall under the 1957 safe zone. I'm definitely concerned about contracting H1N1 because I live on a college campus where it is very easy to catch colds and the flu. I had the regular flu last semester and stayed in the bed for almost a week. I certainly hope it doesn't happen again this winter! Published: September 04 ::
I am concerned about swine flu for the simple fact that I'm just one of those people who gets sick very easily. Other than that, I'm not too concerned. It wouldn't affect any travel plans I have, but I am more cautious around people who are sick. Also, I have been keeping extra antibacterial hand sanitizer on hand. Published: August 27 ::
My brother has made plans to travel to Cozumel, and my mother is worried sick that he will catch swine flu while traveling in Mexico. Though he's not concerned about catching swine flu, she is. She wants him to cancel his trip. Published: August 27 ::
Correction should be made about covering your cough with your hand. You should cover your cough with your arm. Turn your head towards your arm near your shoulder when coughing instead of your hand. Published: October 06 ::

Those making a choice reagarding innoculations need to have all of the information. My family's friend was innoculated when the previous swine flu epidemic was expected to hit the U.S. After recieving the vaccine, she is now paralyzed from the waist down and has been confined to a wheel chair since receiving the H1N1 innoculation. There have not been ANY clinical trials on people, only animals. Paralysis is a SERIOUS and possible side affect. Please do your research BEFORE taking the vaccine so you can make an informed decision. Sandy did not have that opportunity and she won the lawsuit; however, it will not take the place of her legs.
