I did a routine PT in the morning, then I had a heavy, hard day at work. I was dehydrated. I did a moderate dive profile (76 ft max-barely hit and came shallower, 58 min) regular air, all safety stops met. 12 hours after exiting the water I went from feeling perfectly normal to joint pain in my shoulders and elbows and almost passed out on my way to medical, all in about 15 minutes.
