Sweet vernal grass contains ingredients that can thin the blood.

Are there safety concerns?

Sweet vernal grass is UNSAFE. It can cause side effects such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headaches, sleeplessness, and liver problems.

Do not take sweet vernal grass if:
  • You are pregnant or breast-feeding.
  • You have a liver disorder.
  • You are scheduled for surgery in the next two weeks. Sweet vernal grass might increase the risk of bleeding.
