Vaginal Yeast Infection Symptoms

The following are symptoms associated with vaginal yeast infections:

  • irritated vagina and vaginal area,
  • vaginal discharge (typically white-gray and thick, with a consistency resembling cottage cheese),
  • intense itching of the genitals,
  • painful or burning urination, or
  • painful intercourse.
