Cyclizine is used to treat or prevent nausea, vomiting, or dizziness caused by motion sickness.

painful or difficult urination;
little or no urinating;
pounding heartbeats or fluttering in your chest; or
a light-headed feeling, like you might pass out.

Common side effects may include:

drowsiness, weakness, loss of coordination;
nausea, dry mouth, constipation; or
blurred vision.

Since cyclizine is used when needed, you may not be on a dosing schedule. If you are on a schedule, use the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not use extra medicine to make up the missed dose.

Overdose symptoms may include extreme drowsiness, confusion, agitation, hallucinations, rapid heartbeats, fever, slowed breathing, seizure (convulsions), and uncontrollable movements of your lips, tongue, or face.

This medication may cause blurred vision and may impair your thinking or reactions. Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be alert and able to see clearly.
