Picture of Lentigo Maligna Melanoma

Lentigo maligna melanoma. Lentigo maligna melanoma usually develops on the face or nose from a melanotic freckle, often spreading aggressively. It is asymmetric, with jagged borders, has several colors, and can change appearance quickly. It should be treated as soon as it's diagnosed to avoid it spreading further, likely with surgery.
