Palmar pustulosis is a skin condition that causes red macules and yellow pustules on the palms of the hands. These lesions eventually become crusted, hyperkeratotic papules. They may be found on the soles of the feet as well as on the palms of the hands. The condition may resemble a bacterial or herpetic infection.
