I go through severe cramps during my period. It's terrible! I can't do anything and feel like a dead body.

I drastically cut my dairy intake for an entirely different reason: I thought this might help with migraines. Instead I found that it drastically reduced my period pain.

I get very severe cramps, even worse since I had an endometrial ablation. The pain is so bad that I cannot stand up and feel like labor pains. I try three Aleve with a heating pad. If those don't work (and they usually don't), I use Vicodin.
