I have prostatitis for more than 10 years, and have tried many treatments. But doctor says that I have generate resistance to many drugs, since many treatments including antibiotics won't work on me. Since I tried more alternative treatments like herbal medicine diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill and meanwhile keep a strict diet. For prostatitis patients, spicy food is not good, so I do not eat that. What's more, do not stand or sit for too long, and often do some exercise. For 5 months efforts, at last, I have already get rid of my symptoms successfully.
