Psoriatic Arthritis

What dietary changes have helped your psoriatic arthritis? Submit Your Comment

Avoiding gluten, dairy, nightshade, and sugar help with the pain and stiffness of psoriatic arthritis. Introducing any of these back into my diet increases joint pain and stiffness. I also have my doubts about corn. Added to my diet are turmeric and ginger. I have taken glucosamine and chondroitin for many years. Pain increases if I stop. I also take omega 3 and vitamin D3. Psoriasis itself seems more under control since I retired.
