Rosacea Rosacea: Rosacea (commonly referred to as adult acne) is a chronic skin condition that is characterized by redness of the forehead, cheeks, eyelids, nose, and chin, and inflammatory papules and pustules. Treatment may incorporate topical antibiotics or oral antibiotics. Appropriately aggressive therapy can diminish the inflammatory component of the disease.
