Eggs caused my salmonella poisoning. I scramble them and microwave them with bagged shredded cheese and almond milk. I try to cook them fully but with the melted cheese with it, it sometimes is difficult to tell if the eggs are fully cooked or not. I also touch the eggshells which could be contaminated.
