I didn't do too badly on chemotherapy, no sickness or diarrhea. The side effects of small cancer was a bit of headache for the first cycle because my body wasn't used to the chemotherapy. After that no headache or chemo brain but that could be the shock of the diagnosis of cancer. I had low white and red blood cells, everybody gets these. The only real side effect was partial hair loss and of course extreme tiredness but my body got used to it after a few cycles. I've just remembered another one was always feeling cold. I'm on the generic carboplatin and etoposide regime. To be honest I was scared to death about this but no way is it as bad as I thought, but that's just me..
