I had a motor bike accident 2 years ago where I landed with the corner of the car between my legs and since then I have developed enlarged prostate and consistent testicular pain which makes me feel fragile in movement.

After suffering for several months, going through several antibiotics (which kill all your good gut biota), I finally found that my issue was a nerve impingement in my groin, that was sending referred pain to the testes. It's not 100 percent, but at least I know what is causing the testicular pain, and rather than nasty drugs, now my treatment is simply physiotherapy and yoga.

I have pain in both testicles. I treated for orchitis with antibiotics but still there is pain. I underwent hydrocele surgery. Now I have pain again.
