My son is now two months old and 10 days back his doctor diagnosed his heart defect which is a ventricular septal defect which measures 5 mm. Then he was diagnosed with an x-ray that he has got a moderately enlarged heart. Now my baby has not shown any symptoms but sometimes when he is feeding from my breast, he seemed to sweat in his forehead.

I am the father of a child who has a ventricular septal defect and needs repair. The mother and I are curious as to how extensive the recovery time is at home.
